RETURN POLICY
 
   We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error or defect on our part.   If this should happen.  You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of package for return authorization.  A store credit or exchange will be offered.  We do not refund cash/credit.  In the extreme case we may decide to do so, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are non refundable. 
If your order is incorrect or missing an item please notify us via email at salespolkadotwholesale.com within 48 hours of receipt of package for correction.

**Any item that can be worn on  head/feet is non exchangeable for health reasons.**

ORDER PROCESSING
 
Orders are secure while using our online shopping cart. Normal processing time is 5-7 days of order placement (NOT including weekends and holidays).  Any orders placed after Noon on Friday are considered a Monday order.  Every effort will be made to process your order as soon as possible.  Orders ship in the order they are received.  Refunds will be issued for items that become out of stock at time of shipment.
 
**Effective 11/01/09  - there will be a $15 fee added on all RUSH ORDERS.  Please do not email us and ask us to rush your order unless you agree to pay the rush order fee.**
ADD ON TO ORDERS
Due to the high volume of incoming orders we ONLY accept add on to orders already placed in the amont of $10 or more.  Please be sure to check your order before submitting.

We ship all USA packages USPS
 
 First Class shipping for packages weighing less than 13 oz
 and USPS Priority Mail for packages weighing 1 lb or more
 
$0.01 to $12.00 = $3.95
 $12.01 to $50.01 = $8.95
$50.01 to $100.00 = $12.95
$100.01 to $200.00 = $16.95
Orders over $225.00 = $28.95

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note that the pre calculated shipping cost to your country is just an estimate. We may need to invoice your for additonal shipping charges after weighing your package.  This will help us to continue our business with international buyers!  We DO NOT refund shipping should it be less than you are charged as it includes a handling fee.
 
*Orders will ship to the address on your Credit Card or PayPal account ONLY.*

Insurance is optional but highly recommended.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: We hand deliver our packages to the post office.  We highly recommend you purchase insurance as we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our hands.  We will not replace an order that is not insured. If this concerns you, please note in the comments section that you would like to purchase insurance as it will be delivered directly to your hands.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: are not insured, to provide the most reasonable shipping fee. If you would like to purchase proof of mailing and/or insurance for your international shipment, you must contact us prior to purchasing for a price quote. International orders that are not received, and which insurance was not requested, will not be replaced.

All packages mailed within the U.S.A. are shipped with delivery confirmation for your peace of mind.

 Polka Dot Wholesale respects their customers privacy.  Your privacy is very important to us.  Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information (name, email address, shipping address and phone number).  Any and all information you provide will be used solely by us to process your order.  We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us.  We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law.  We will not solicit you.
